For BID teams, a companion app (no download required) provides a faster way to log and stay updated on issues while they’re working within your BID area. Both options capture clear details, photos, and precise locations so your cleanup and security teams start with accurate information every time.
Automatically route and resolve issues
Each submission is routed automatically based on issue type and location, reducing manual sorting and constant management for BID staff. When needed, the Executive Director can review submissions first and decide what’s next - either pass them on to an in-house BID team, to the city 311, or to a BID Partner.
